Great place to live. Very quite complex for a complex on bethel campus, apartment are very nice inside for a single person. Paid utilities and has laundry on site.
I personally was not a fan of the appartment I toured and chose not to lease one. As one may expect the pictures they put online are of the prettiest and most modern of the units, no one can fault any apartment owner for this. The owner/manager (I'm not sure who I spoke with)was however professional and business oriented, I value this greatly, which is the reason for the 5 stars.
