Bethel place is all around a terrible place to live. While I was there it seemed that no one did regular cleaning, there were dead flies everywhere. There was E coli in one or two of the wells that supplied the water for the building. This place is cheap but it's not worth the $400 or so dollars a month that the owner is charging if he doesn't shape the place up.
