My 3 year old daughter went here recently for some fillings and everything went so much smoother than I could have imagined. Everyone was so kind and patient and gentle. The doctor was understanding of my concerns and wishes and my daughter left just as happy as she walked in!
Daughter had her very first appt and from the moment we entered the building we received outstanding care. Front desk was friendly . Our daughter was made aware of everything being done to her (she’s 4) and it made her feel very comfortable. Everyone was gentle. And then she got to pick an awesome prize. Overall amazing experience and look forward to our future care there. 10/10.
We had our first visit after moving here not too long ago. All other dentists in Columbus had months-long wait-lists for new patients, but Bethel Pediatric Dentistry was able to get my 4 year old in withing a week of calling. The receptionist was very sweet. The nurse and the doctor were so kind to my 4 year old and explained everything they were doing. They talked to my child during the whole cleaning and made them feel very comfortable. I had a wonderful experience with this pediatric dentist! The staff were gentle, patient, and great with kids. The clinic was clean, bright, and welcoming, which made my child feel comfortable right away. The dentist explained everything clearly and made the whole visit stress-free. Highly recommended for families !
My son was quite literally jumping on the bed as we had landed in Ohio from out of town to visit family when he knocked out his teeth and a very bloody mouth. Obviously very traumatizing to my son and family. I did a quick google search and explained the situation to Bethel Pediatric Dentistry who said to come on in right away and they would make time to see him.
