Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. They were so informative, and thoroughly answered every single question I had regarding pet care. I left feeling like I really learned a lot. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. This veterinarian always sends reminder cards for pets annual exams and in addition to this we always look forward to receiving the adorable cards they send out during the holidays. I've never seen a vet that goes so above and beyond to make their patients feel appreciated.
