This was awful! My dad arrived with no bedsores and left after 3 1/2 days with a stage 3 bedsore when I pulled him out and sent him by ambulance to the hospital. The staff certainly ran around then to clean him up for the ambulance. Never any physical therapy. I had an aide stay with him or I was with him all day. His roommate had no services ever. Worst place ever. I filed a complaint with the state.
In October 2022, following a total knee replacement I received care at Bethel Heath Care. The admissions office and concierge were extremely helpful prior to and during my stay. The physical therapist and occupational therapist listened to my concerns of being able to maneuver two flights of stairs on a daily basis once I returned home. They worked with me to regain my sense of balance and the strength I needed to confidently leave the facility in less than two weeks.
I highly recommend this health care center, if you have a problem they will address the issue and take care of it right away. 99 percent of the nurses treated me wonderful. Nancy the concierge was there to help me through everything. Everybody in the physical therapy department was great. Thank you for taking great care of me. Jim
ROOMS: Extremely small. A curtain separates other person from your loved one. You can pay the extra fee for private room. One chair only in room for loved ones half of room.Heating system has issues. Rooms are either over the top boiling hot or very cold. Again, no one cares, told to open a window. IF your loved one takes a turn for the worst, the roommate gets to experience the pain and suffering, perhaps for days, from all of their family members in their room.
