The office management is the worst i've ever seen. Very rude and unprofessional my mother has been there a few years and for the past year it has gotten progressively worse. These are appartments for seniors, it is not a "hospital or day care facility" there are new rules posted on hallway walls daily, some are irrational and childish, but most of them are based on gossip that may or may not be true. The main problem is how these new rules are decided on, and why threaten these people with taking away access to donated food ... read more
This is a perfect place for an older family memeber living on a fixed income. We moved my father in law in there, and he is very happy. The apartment is very nice, clean, and an all around ideal place if your family member is still able to live unassisted. Everything they need is within walking distance (grocery store, QT, Dollar General, and the Alamo restaurant), and the area surrounding the complex is quite nice, so we do not worry about him living there or going out to run errands.
