I hate to write a three star review because the flowers we recieved are beautiful. The issue I had is with the customer service. I called to check the status of my wife's flowers and the initial person I spoke with was very nice. I got put through to a different person who I am assuming is responsible for my location. They answered the phone rude and then proceeded to speak in a bad tone.

I wish I could give it 10 stars! My sister passed away and always loved to garden, especially with very unique flowers. I went to Bethel Flower mart and they took their time listening to who my sister was and what they thought she would like. The flowers and colors were spectacular. They made the urn wreath look like it was a garden of wild flowers blooming all around her. Thanks so much! In a time of intense sadness, I could feel my sister's presence in their caring and beauty.

Beautiful arrangement! We selected the Designer choice with notes saying she loves blue and white, they were perfect. This was for my mother’s 80th birthday. The ordering process online was so easy. I was able to do same day delivery. My mom lives at an assisted living facility and she actually brought them around with her to all of her events throughout the day. Such a big hit! We’ll be repeat customers for sure!

Hi, Kim, I picked up a beautiful pink arrangement on Friday and brought it to my mom for Mother’s Day. She loved it, as I knew she would. I just received this message from her and wanted to share it with you. I will never go anywhere else for our local flower needs! You are the best! From my mom : As you know I love all flowers but I think the bouquet you brought is the most exquisite I’ve ever seen. And the lily is perfuming my entire home. So lovely - thank you!
