Great little gym in downtown Bethel! Super nice owner Outstanding classes throughout the week & weekend!
The equipment is always well-maintained, locker/ changing room and bathrooms are clean, and the people who come here are motivated to workout regardless of their fitness goals. Signing up for the membership with the owner Anthony was easy and best of all, no contract or hidden fees. If you're looking for a small gym or don't want to be tied down to franchise contracts, this is a great location to sign up with! They also offer classes and private lessons if you're looking to amp up your fitness goals.
I would like to ask if there are showers in the gym where I can take a shower?
