I don’t usually give reviews but i have to this time to make sure that other people don’t get stuck in the same trap i got stuck in. I purchased glasses with them around 2 months ago but they broke. I reordered a pair thinking it was my fault but then those broke within a week. that’s when i realized the frames are very cheap and defective. The folks at Bethel Eyecare from the receptionists to the doctor to the opticians were very helpful and nice. I got new primary frames, new lenses for my backup pair, and some sport goggles. Definitely recommend them for your eyewear needs

Excellent customer service from all of the staff. I haven't been to the eye doctor in 9 years. They made my experience easy and pain-free. Dr. Cha is very personable and cares about her patients. Thanks for a great experience! I highly recommend and I will definitely come back!
