Horrible service. My mother called in to get a treatment for her tooth but the front desk receptionist ( who is the doctor's wife) told my mother that her issue is not a dental issue and told her to go to a family physician. The front desk lady said the doctor was busy and will not be able to talk to my mother. My mother went in and told the situation to the doctor and doctor said he had no idea what was going on. I had an unpleasant experience with the front desk staff. When I mentioned that my dental insurance, metlife covers scaling, the staff member responded in a condescending manner, insisting that I did not have metlife and was not covered and claiming to have checked. Rather than politely asking me to verify with my insurance, I was made to feel as though I didn’t understand my coverage. They welcomed us as new patient me and my wife. First they were very nice and took X-rays that needs found out it’s been charged that they denied first. And both of us do work on several fillings and consultation for implant, they gave us confirmed via insurance approval cost, then they decided not able to do it after their side reviews. After spending over $2,000 done fillings, consultation and X-ray. Telling us they cannot do implants because they can’t do such difficult operation even though they applied approval.
