Went in for a check up. Everyone was very professional, helpful, and kind.
I was so impressed by Dr. Sarah Zarick. This was the first time going to a dentist who listened and remembered that I have a hard time with numbing my teeth that she provided a different anesthetic that was stronger and as a result I didn’t feel a thing! 10/10 Would recommend
Love the whole dental crew, great teeth cleaning and care
Sarah Zarick should have her license revoked. She performed a root canal on me THAT I COULD FEEL. I begged her to please administer more local anesthetic because she wasn't hitting the nerve correctly. Over and over. I sat in her chair and bawled. She told me if I "didn't like it I could leave." You're damn right that I did. I went to Ohio Urgent Dental where someone competent examined her work and said "I have no idea what she was doing." Yeah. Me either.
