This will not come as a surprise to Jason. I had a very disappointing experience after my bike fitting. I took the train from NYC in August with high hopes after a few great conversations. Waited at Bike shop till 11.14 today. At 11.14 some posted quarantine notice. Called number, no answer. Not impressed
I highly recommend a visit to Bethel Cycle Works. I had gotten questionable advice elsewhere and made some “upgrades” in the past year. Recently I went into Bethel Cycle Works with a busted wheel, but Jason was super transparent that those wheels weren’t appropriate for me or my bike at all.
