Well I came into the ER with chest pains, I sat in the waiting room for 4 hours then was put into a hallway bed with zero privacy, where the Dr basically gaslighted me and disregarded everything I said. I have a history of stroke, I was dismissed, and a Dr sent me home ! Never ever will I go to this hospital again, it smells like perfume and unbathed people in the waiting room,  I had to keep moving it was making me nauseated. This is the worst hospital in the state in my opinion.

I had gender affirming surgery with Dr Nguyen at the end of July. The surgeon herself is a wonderful person, don’t get me wrong, but the nursing and front desk staff were condescending and repeatedly misgendered me alongside feminising my name. I was also shamed for not having reliable transportation (after being on hold for forty minutes) to reach a post op appointment, and while I understand staying within the time frame is important, is it really necessary to be rude over the fact that the appointment is scheduled for *... read more

And, I forgot to mention that they left me on a gurney in the hall for over 8 hours. I couldn't get anyone to bring me water (I was having trouble because the reaction was going down my throat) - and I was subjected to some incidents that happened with other patients there. It was pretty traumatic. Once they realized I didn't need surgery - I was no one's interest or problem.

The nurses were great - if you get past the lead doctor in emergency. I fell off my horse, and stopped at Regions just to get an xray in case anything was broken. I was CLEAR and it was on my records that no CT Dye, as every time I had reacted and more severely than the last, since 2021. The first doctor listened and set me up for xrays. But he was interrupted by a female doctor who thought she was god. She was excited because, gosh they may have to do trauma surgery. By then I had 100mg of fentanyl in me - and I did tell t... read more

My doctors nurse canceled my procedure the night before, for no valid reason. Then, the nurse tried to force me in to a rescheduled procedure the next day. I run my own business, any time I take away from my schedule, costs me money and the potential loss of clients. I’d already lost $100 due to her cancelation, I can’t afford to lose clients because my doctor’s nurse screwed up my appointment. Also, had set-up a friend to take me there and home - who also took time off work. This girl made it clear that my time meant nothin... read more

-A TRIA orthopedic provider billed for services that I did not request. -I requested that the provider NOT perform anything that would require additional billing codes, without giving me the codes in advance to contact the insurance prior to those services. -They billed for the same services/exercises every visit for 5 visits in a row without my consent or knowledge -The delay in the billing system did not give me the opportunity to prevent these overcharges. -They appear to have a new billing practice to add additional ... read more

No stars. I was seen for chest pain and when my EKG came back as normal I was treated like a person seeking drugs. I was in a treatment room when an accident victim came in and I was moved to the hallway. I laid on the bed and sobbed because I was hurting. A doctor came over and loudly stated that he wouldn’t give any more pain medication because it was against protocol. Everyone in the ER heard him. I was mortified. I left the ER in pain, with an IV in my arm. Don’t go to this hospital if you have pain. They won’t treat t... read more

Do not go to their ER!!! I went via ambulance due to severe pain and vomiting. The EMT's were asked to wait until they could find someone to triage me. I was in severe pain with an IV. When they finally found someone to check me in, I had to get off the stretcher and walk to a chair. My IV bag was disconnected from my arm and the triage started. When asked what my pain level was, I told them 10. Several vials of blood were taken through my IV. Once finished I was led to the waiting room where there were 3 people waiting a... read more

Miscommunication and confusion with the front desk staff forced me to reschedule an appointment. I waited around to speak to Molly the clinic administrator about the situation but she would not take the time because she was in a meeting. Now, I am forced into a drawn out, formal procedure to file my concerns. Who has time for all of this - you get a bad review. I am happy to review my bad review but you will have to go through a formal process with my wife.
