I had the absolute worst experience at Bethel Auto. The customer service was completely unacceptable, and the entire process was frustrating from start to finish. I highly recommend looking elsewhere if you are trying to buy a vehicle or get work done. Save yourself the headache and avoid this place at all costs.
Incredible customer service, and good quality cars.
Very honest and hard working staff.
I sold my SUV to Frank today, and the whole process was incredibly smooth. He was extremely professional and handled everything efficiently from start to finish. After the handover, he even went out of his way to help me remove my plates and personally took me to deliver them to my new dealership. His work attitude was not only thorough but also very kind and considerate. Highly recommend—five stars!
We are happy with this CLA, they have cleaned the car inside out. An accommodating UCDA dealer, it was an easy transition and reasonable negotiation. We are enjoying this vehicle.
