Company seems to make everything as difficult as possible to get things done. You can't even go into the office to speak to someone of you have business to do. Everything has to be done through a drive-thru window. Incredibly inconvenient for the customer.
RACIST! RUDE! IMPOSSIBLE! The people who work there are DUMB. They make it IMPOSSIBLE to transfer from seller to buyer. the old bag with 6 chins that works the drive thru window is dumb as dirt. she is condescending and DISRESPECTFUL as can be! she talked down to me as if i was a child. she was absolutely not helpful and very rude. f this place.
Difficult to switch meters over. One of the two employees I've dealt with is very friendly and courteous, The other lady is the complete opposite.
