Honestly besides living on third floor and not having Central air in the summer or a elevator when you're doing your grocery shopping to get on the third floor 🤣😭 but helps get those steps in! Honestly don't even bother me now... I love it here I love management! Maybe not super great fit for a family setting since we don't have a pool or gym accommodations but honestly there is so many other things to do near by! And they have the Bethany athletic club! If you’re considering moving into this complex, I urge you to reconsider. This building is not just overpriced , it is fundamentally unsafe, unsanitary, and irresponsibly managed. 1. VIOLENT DOG ATTACK – COMPLETE LACK OF ACCOUNTABILITY My husband was viciously attacked by a pit bull on the property and rushed to the trauma unit with serious injuries. Ive lived here for almost 3 years and I love it! The manager is super nice even when i forget my key and lock my self out multiple times, he always comes with a smile to unlock my door. The maintenance team is super nice as well. Always gets things done in a timely manner when you need it. Would definitely recommend touring and living here
Peaceful community with a really warm atmosphere. The staff are always friendly and easy to talk to, and maintenance is consistently fast and reliable whenever something comes up. I’ve genuinely enjoyed living here and would happily recommend Bethany West to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-run place to call home.
