The office manager and her billing assistant are extremely rude, irritable and stubborn. Website is misleading, offering an online way to pay bills that doesn't function. Refuses to email bills despite their slow mailing system that barely reaches our office with enough time to mail back a check. Their credit card processing is unprofessional; requiring we make a phone call or text our cc info directly to the billing assistant, Tammy, who is never enjoyable to talk with. Been without water for 4 days even though they said 2 different times water was back on. Bet it will be Tuesday before they get back to working on it. It's all good they get to go home to running water for showers and flushing toilet.
The payment person is the absolute worst! Go somewhere else to find someone who actually has manners, cares, and knows how to speak to people properly!
i havent had water pressure since before christmas. it's like there's a line break, and they just don't care
