One of the staff members told me that my test results had been sent repeatedly, even though I explained that I had never received them. Instead of checking what had happened, she became irritated and said she could not understand what I was saying. However, after speaking with Dr. Undie, the issue was resolved immediately. The office staff’s rigid and unhelpful approach was frustrating, but Dr. Undi was kind and helpful.
