The office is close and I'm trying to find my kids records. At least we should have ben informed they were closing the office. I had to call keystone First to help me track my children records and get them sent to their new doctor. Other than that I thought this was a good place to take my children.
This office has closed down and I’m trying to get medical records. I call the number it rings and rings. I have been calling all around with no results. Helllppp!!!
