My Wife and I had such a great experience working with the Bethany Nelson Group. They were so friendly and always fast to respond when we had any questions. They made our first time home buying experience Amazing!!
Bethany was super helpful in getting my dad’s house sold after he passed and it went into foreclosure. We thought we wouldn’t make any proceeds from it with all the late fees and payments that accumulated, but she helped us get a great turnaround to reimburse the time and effort that went into taking care of the place. She was incredibly accommodating and easy to work with which made going through this difficult process much easier.
We had the best time working with Jordan Hinman!!! He made buying our first house so much fun and was so informative and helpful along the journey. I will definitely recommend this group and Jordan to any friends/family who want to sell or buy a home in the future! Thank you so much!
I bought my first house through Bethany and we managed a short close (under 30 days) with a VA loan in 28 days. My mother passed and we listed the house with Bethany, with her improvement recommendations and our labor we were able to sell the house for $50K above asking cash. We used Alyssa Fall for the sale of our home in the west metro and purchase of our new home in the east metro. It was my second time working with her and I cannot recommend Alyssa and the Bethany Nelson Group enough! Everything, from making a plan about listing, photos, and showings, to filling out paperwork and closing day went so smoothly. Everyone was incredibly responsive and kind, and I can tell how passionate Alyssa and her team are about their work. I will absolutely continue to use them for future real estate needs!
