Office refused to see me without a credit card on file, even though there was no copay required for visit and after offering payment upfront. Office refused to acknowledge privacy and cybersecurity measures adopted by practice in order to maintain my information safe after I expressed previous issues that led to my private information being leaked and resulted in identity theft and fraud. Office refused to continue visit and hung up.

Sometimes I have difficulty with phones calls due to a speech condition, but Priyank and other people I've spoken to have been very helpful each time I need to call to schedule or change an appt or inquire about prescriptions. Service with Dr has also been great so far, with a shift to virtual appt when I had issues getting transportation last minute.
Very professional. Binod did a great job and made the visit very easy.
