This "Medical Office" is a failure to our health system. It's all about money. Sends you to do tests you do not need to another one of the Bethany offices. Charges you for Urgent care visit if you make an appointment for the same day with your actual primary care doctor when she has availability. I seen this so called Dr 4 times and she has yet to touch me, examine me or anything other Dr's in my past have done. Just wants to send you for expensive testing to make their facility money. The worst experience ever!! I was waiting for two hours and nobody told me the doctor is not here!
Your service isn't even worth a star. You cancel appts and do not contact ppl. You wait forever. Then you get half ass service. You charge insurance then kick the tires and light the fires. Then shove ya out the door. Do you even care about youf patients at all or are they just pay checks?? Not a happy camper🤬🤬
