My name is Charles Haynes .I have been going to Dr Florendo for over 3 years. He has been a total blessing. I couldn't ask for a more caring and compassionate Doctor . I had some misinformed persons(to say the least) put some bogus information about me . Dr Florendo investigated the situation and decided to help me with my medical condition with stipulations but most doctors would have dropped me. He's a no nonsense Doctor but I wouldn't have it any other way.
A bit on the cold an impersonal side. Everyone was friendly enough doing their jobs and all, but I never really felt an 'I genuinely care about what's going on with you' vibe. In addition to that, I was scolded for trying to describe one of my symptoms with a diagram, which only bolsters my feeling that they're just getting through their day and not terribly concerned (or aware) that patients are actual people with all kinds of different thoughts, feelings, personalities and ways of communicating.
I went in feeling extremely nervous but was immediately greeted by polite, helpful staff. All the women here are wonderful and I will be more than happy to go back!
