Front desk is super rude. Doctors are awful and the whole experience is highly unpleasant. You’ll likely see staff on their phones, ignoring patient calls and just lounging. Sometimes with blankets and headphones
I have been going to Bethany South Main for over a year now. I have been seeing Christine Hufnagel, and she has been the best provider I have had since coming to North Carolina, I see her every month, she was always very engaging, and I enjoyed seeing her very much. I go to make my next monthly appointment with her, and she is gone. No notice, no intro to another doctor, nothing, just gone. I really liked her, but I suppose I have to find another provider.
