Danny Crisco, fnp, is the man to see because he's very thorough and compassionate. They do x-rays and EKG and stuff right there, so he found that the old man has pneumonia and COPD. He's friendly and accepting new patients. Also got in to see him on the same day.
They seem to be knowledgeable but my biggest issue with them is prior authorization for medication , they send in meds and if it's declined by insurance they aren't putting in the work to find a solution it's been over 2 months and still yet to get a medicine approved , yet if I bring the letter of why it's declined they can fixed almost instantly , why can't they do this over the phone or contact my insurance and work with them . I deleted my previous negative review of bethany medical at west market in order to give bethany another chance. However my dealings with the south main high point office were just as negative. They gave me an improper diagnosis, did not ask for copays but billed me, also for the incorrect amount. I attempted to work it out with someone at the south main office who was very rude and insulting. I am so glad that I have now switched to another provider. My daughter was discharged from this playes because of because of one of that works there.Her name is christina hoffer she kept telling me the miss. Christina would always talk. Down on her which I am very upset about. I know my daughter tried to be good about the situation. But she got sou're just of her attitude. And I do believe my daughter.
