I’ve been seeing doctor Lauren Beaver for over three years. She is very caring and attentive to my needs as a patient. I couldn’t ask for better care.
I went there 3 times. First visit I describe digestive issues. Practitioner says "that sounds like cancer." I had colonoscopy 3 years ago. No cancer. Colon cancer usually takes a decade to develop. It was stress related. Probiotics have helped. 2nd visit to see my medical test results involved results being read to me, but uh-oh, half my results are missing! I have to have blood taken again. No explanation of any abnormal results except I learn I am anemic and low on vitamin D. Without asking me my habits, she tells me it ... read more
If there was a zero I would give one. I called several times, their phone system works when it wants to. I finally got someone, that advised she was in the call center. Which clearly sound like she was at home. While explaining to her the pain that my daughter was in, and the problem, she was having with getting an appointment due to a referral was very unprofessional. Bethany‘s office called to schedule the appointment, she got there, and was advised she didn’t have a referral so they could not see her. So why did they sche... read more
After being referred to Bethany Medical Center for pain management,I gradually found out that Dr. Arvind was in this profession for the money, not to care for patients who put their trust in him with their chronic pain. They also took x-rays, instead of looking at the x-rays, and MRIs that were sent after my consent.. This man looked me in the eye and lied to me about some of the medication that I was very ... read more
Bethany medical is a great place to work, the staff and doctors all work together to best help the patients. Fast pace environment but lots of team work.
Bethany medical center is one of the best places to work. Not only do they work with your life schedule, they make you feel like family and care so much about you. The staff is amazing and make you feel like home. So clean and thorough. The training for new staff members is thorough and very invested to make sure each staff member knows what to do, in the right manner. I love Bethany medical, they are such an amazing company.
This doctor was a real find for me. He's sensitive to both my physical and emotional needs. He listens, is thorough and takes into account my body's sensitivities and has an excellent 'bedside' manner: calm and rational but sympathetic at the same time.
Dr Mccoy at west Market is a awesome dr she takes time with her patients.theres also other great drs there as well.
This medical center has been worst since Stemmer Katherine has joined Batheny . My 7 years old daughter was sick and this child PA did not have sympathy to prescribe her any medicine and just gave over the counter medication advise. We had to contact a real doctor next day at 1AM since my daughter got really sick. This PA needs some more education before letting to play with others life.
