I am now taking my 3rd cat to BFPC, and I thoroughly recommend them! The entire staff is cheerful, empathetic and genuinely concerned for each pet that comes through the door. Their vets are amazing and really committed to making sure I understand each diagnosis and my options. They give me the probable costs upfront and help me make the best decisions. When I need to board my beloved cat I know she is safe and well taken care of.
Seems to be a little more spendy than some other places but my puppy absolutely ADORES going to Bethany family pet clinic which is a great sign (she scratches at the door like we were going to Disneyland or something). Everyone has been super professional and answers all the questions. They are super responsive, sweet, and I am glad I have them as my Moonpie’s care team.
On the 8th day....God created Bethany Family Pet clinic! 😁 What can I possibly say about the outstanding staff!??? Quick to help and answer any questions you have. Kind and compassionate. Understanding and thoughtful. I have ONLY experienced THE BEST care here and I won't go anywhere else. I drive an hour to get to this clinic and every minute is worth it, knowing that my dogs will get everything they need. These guys are the BEST! Last month, I ran in during a very busy time- it looked like everyone was helping someone and the place was crowded with folks picking up their pets after work- I announced that I had an emergency, and they dropped everything and followed me out to the car. Long story shot, my dog is happy and healthy now, and I am super impressed with Bethany Family Pet Clinic.
Our family has been going to Bethany Family Pet Clinic since 2005. They have always been wonderfully kind, thorough and helpful with all of our pets. They are very compassionate and work hard to partner with the pet owner to give you the best options for care that they are able. Highly recommend this clinic.
