Super disorganized, never have enough people working there to help clients in person and on the phone. ALWAYS put on hold and then have to leave a message that never gets answered. I have to tell them the same things at every single appt because they don’t put notes in the animal files and don’t share information with each other. If my dog wasn’t special needs I would take her elsewhere, but she’s used to them. They charge WAY too much for this kind of service. They need to get their crap together.
