About this business
Our travels and research took us to the deep woods of Texas through Austin & Mesquite, from the infamous Salt Lick BBQ to the fabulous Rudy's. We ventured through the entire state of Tennessee and learned their style from the World Famous Calhoun's Ribs, and even headed way up to to upstate New York to learn from the infamous Dinosaur BBQ. After years of travel, experimentation, and research (it was delicious), we have developed our own unique barbecue. Dare we call it Delmarva Barbecue!

This was our first time here and my wife loved your brisket. The server was amazing, very attentive.
What a great place, we were fortunate to get to attend their annual customer appreciation event, and it was great! What a nice thing to do for the customers, I think Bethany Blues rocks!
For the first time in years we had a bad experience. Salads were awesome but the ribs were fatty and not fall off the bone as they usually are. The bartender did not engage and was on his phone most of the time. Never asked us once how anything was. We paid and didn’t complain because that’s not us but will definitely reconsider where we go in the future. Lewes, Rehoboth, Dewey, Bethany and Milton have plenty of restaurants to choose from. Sorry Bethany Blues you may have lost us as regular customers after this experience...... read more
