My car was damaged in the tunnel. The manager was rude and didn't care. He wouldn't even refund my money. He claimed the damage had been done in a prior accident and I was lying.
That is one off the best car wash in the all Arizona Great customer service and high quality work .
Worst place to go to get a car wash. Uneducated, unprofessional, rude workers.
THE SLOWEST EVER!!!! CRAPPY JOB!!!!! WAY TO EXPENSIVE!!!! Sat for over an hour and watched the people wipe down (half-assed) a vehicle. Then my truck.. SOOOOOO SLOW>>> Did not even wipe the dash on both sides... Did not touch the wheel wells... I paid $21.99 and could have done a better job in less time.. DO NOT GO TO THIS CARWASH>> You will be disappointed...
Poor attendant who worked on my truck, throwing bottles on the ground, spilling products , breaking spray bottles, screeched my tires backing up my truck. Back window wasn't touched and had attitude when we ask about our keys. I will never feel comfortable enough to go in there again.
I love them. They do awesome job on both my vehicles. But I always inspect when done if I see something that needs done I tell them and they redo it. They are a really sweet bunch, never grouchy or rude. I highly recommend them.
Had corvette for 2 stage buff and polish. Not a great job see holgram effects and still water stain spots on car. Inside window not fully cleaned. Staff uses same rags for everything. The bluff and polish process using same pads. No attention to detail.
