VERY DISAPPOINTEDI just purchased a 2005 mercury mountaineer from the salesman Mark Grimes and I am very disappointed. I asked if there were any major problems and he said there was nothing wrong with it and it was one owner. This was undoubtedly the worst experience Ive ever had buying a car. I spoke to a salesman, Mark Grimes, twice on the phone. He told me I would be able to take the vehicle I was interested in to my mechanic in another town. When I got to the lot Mark was not there. Another salesman, Johnny Grimes, was determined that I would not do so and that Mark "must not have understood how far that would be". Finally he allowed me to take it to my mechanic who found that the air conditioner had a leak and it needed a valve gasket cover ... read more
my husband and i took a chance by going to this dealership not knowing how the cars would be etc. found them on the net and decided to try them out .. they have good quality cars and very affordable prices. best part is that credit history doesnt matter , everyone can get financed... the employees are very friendly ! so far so good ! was able to drive off the lot with the car i wanted within 2hrs.
