Being a first time home buyer I was very uniformed about this whole process. Bethany and her team did nothing to put me at ease about this. Our paperwork was hardly ever correct, I had to read everything with a microscope as they didn't even double check themselves. Appointments were cancelled without our knowledge, services were changed without our approval or notification. Even after closing, we are finding out that they still do not have information correct.
