A wonderful place with very kind & heartwarming staff 😊
My mother-in-law has lived at this Bethany for more than 2 years and has Alzheimers. Don't ever expect to get a call back from management if you have concerns. We have had to deal with another resident being physical with my mother-in-law, no assistance from management. Today my wife gets a call that her mother was choked while in the dining room - lpn couldn't call, made the healthcare aide do the dirty work. I wish they would expand their care so others can bring their spouses closer to home away from abusive places like the carewest fanning center.
