One of the best! Good: Multicultural neighborhood. Very friendly management staff. Clean Pool. Clean Grounds. Lots of kids of all ages. Literally on the bus route. No obvious drug use. Bad: Takes a few days to resolve maintenance issues (still better than many places I lived) Ugly: Some tenants are problematic, but not in the way they can be kicked out. Loud music/ honking at night.
