Beth and her team were incredibly professional and attentive with the sale of our property. They all have an impressive amount of knowledge with Snowqualmie valley and the laws with King County/Unincorporated King County. I’ve dealt with real estate transactions for over 20 years and this was by far the easiest transaction I’ve ever had. Should you use them to sell your property, you will have a good experience.

One of the main reasons that we chose her over several other real estate agents is because she had a large team working with her plus she was able to connect us with a contractor. We needed to get our house ready to sell quickly. The contractor was amazing and got our house ready to sell in 2 weeks! Beth did an amazing job negotiating with some very needy buyers.
