Both Beth and Emily are incredible. If you are on the fence, just make the call. If your husband is pushing against the concept of therapy, I assure you that they both do not take sides and you both with feel validated and heard. Beth is absolutely amazing. My husband passed away while pregnant with our first daughter. My OB/GYN recommended I see her immediately following his passing. She helped with my extreme anxiety leading up to birth, helped me immensely with her grieving counseling, and helped heal my PTSD with specialized EMDR therapy. Hands down.. everyone needs a “Beth.”
