We are out of state and can't just drive there to make sure everything is okay with our unit. Very unprofessional and very concerned about our belongings. This is the second time in the last year that we've had an issue with this business pertaining to payments and call backs. Worst storage unit... read more

I have had a unit there for about a year. Last summer I went out to check on things and she had a kick on my unit. After several days of trying to contact her she finally informed me that she locked up my unit by accident . It still took her days to take her lock off and replace mine she cut off. Now again last week I go out to pay this month and another kick is in my unit. I obviously didn't make the payment and have been calling her everyday leaving messages about this lock and still no call back
