Parking sucks and hardly any grace period if running a bit late. Got there at 10:25 for my 10:45 am appointment and it took me 20 min to find parking. Tried calling them to say I was going to be a bit late and no one answered - endless ringing for 10 minutes. By the time I ran into the building and got up to the suite, it was 10:55 am and they said I missed the grace period and I had to wait till 11:45 am to be seen because they were “backed up.” Seemed like they used my lateness as an excuse for them to catch up on patients... read more

I will never go back to this office. Parking is an absolute nightmare. I was stuck in the parking garage with traffic for over 10 minutes, I circled the whole hospital looking for parking and ended up in a far lot across the street. I tried to call the office and let them know I was running behind due to this and there was no answer. It kept ringing and ringing and ringing.
