1. New patient are seen relatively quickly. Existing patient has to wait for weeks 2. If you get sick and need to be seen immediately, they send you to Fast Care Urgent Care. They do not try to fit you in. 3. They wait time for appointments are very long then they put you in the room to wait even longer. 4. They send results in the mail with a standard form card. Some may even come with instructions and prescription stapled inside 5. Referral process has no 2-way communication
A Dr. that you can't talk. after car accident for five second ...... You call her office .you wait out side for 40min. and DR Braver don't even come out to see you . For me she is not Dr. If you have any chance you better different DR. When some one real need you regardless if he have appointment with or not !!!!! you his DR. you must come out . Thank you for your POOOOR Service
Dr Braver listens and decisions are made with my input. I have never felt rushed . Dr Braver is flexible and compassionate. She has been my doctor for more than 20 years.

Dr. Braver is great. Reception, labs staff friendly, but the referral coordinator (Nancy) was horrible, she treated me very unprofessionally, and very rudely; I've never been treated badly, especially by a doctor's office staff member in my life. She was also extremely rude to my specialist's office, I ended up leaving to another doctor's office, whose staff is very friendly and professional. I will never return to this office for that reason, and I tell my friends and family not to go there.
I've been coming here for ten years. There is a long wait at times, though it has gotten much better this past year or two. The staff is very friendly, and extremely helpful, from reception to the physicians, and I've never gotten an "attitude" about anything I've ever discussed with Dr. Braver or her staff.
Dr. Braver (Beth) office visits have been professional. I received quality, personal attention. The doctor answered by questions. I felt comfortable scheduling appointments and visiting the office. Lab tests were done at the office.
I have been seeing Dr. Braver as my primary physician for several years and I would highly recommend her to others. She is very professional, does not rush time with patients, answers questions readily and meets all my needs and expectations. I feel expertly cared for.
In the time she was my primary physician I never once met her so my comments are about her office not her as a physician.. I was always sent to an assistant, no idea if she even oversaw any of my care. Process in office was slow, from reception to waiting for referrals. Found a new doctor who attends to me.
