I talked with Tim on the phone about a Scag Patriot Zero turn mower. He answered all of my questions and I went up to the shop a few days later to test drive one. I wanted one with a Kawasaki engine, there wasn’t one in the shop but Tim assured me if there was one at the warehouse he could get it for me. He called the warehouse while I was there and they had one so I paid for my mower and it was ordered immediately.
