I visit Dr. Rasmussen once a year to preserve my hearing. She is both thoughtful and professional, and sensitive to my concerns. I greatly appreciate her efforts to keep myself and my hearing moving forward in life.
Ms Rasmussen explained the process clearly and offered beneficial take with information re audiology exam. She was professional and knowledgeable and explained differences between 2 hearing devices without pushing either one.
Dr. Rasmussen was both thorough and very patient with my questions. These will be my first hearing aids and I am feeling comfortable now with her help.
