They say buying a home can be an excruciating experience. My husband and I, as first time home buyers, actually had an amazing one! I can only attribute this to Beth and Randy’s awesome team! Erin Maigaard was our main contact and she was excellent! She worked around our schedule answered any and all questions we had promptly. Very organized in leading us and making sure we were well prepared for all steps along the way! I can’t recommend team Ham and Erin enough! We love our home, they made a dream come true for us.

Very disappointed how my real estate search and buying of a new home was handled. Twice I made a 100 mile round trip for nothing. No gratuity shown at closing. After making thousands of dollars for a few hours of work I expected at least a bottle of wine but I barely got a thank you.
