I cannot recommend this provider under any circumstances. I had three appointments, during which her demeanor was persistently condescending. Even a family member who accompanied me was left feeling perplexed by how she presented information and spoke during the appointments. She began each session by asking, "What questions do you have?" which proved unhelpful, given that I was being seen for a new, serious health concern and had no prior context especially to imaging results. Very unprofessional. I was treated horribly by this provider. She told me my symptoms were caused by my back but even my physical therapist stated my issues were not consistent with my diagnosis. When I contacted her regarding this and to see if we can check out my concerns, her staff responded with hostility and ignored me for 2 days only responding after i pointed out that i initially stated these issues before my mri and wanted it checked out at that time, which she refused to do. To my disappointment that I can not get a call back or correct information from the doctor. I made multiple calls with zero calls back. I’ve sent text messages via Mychart with no appropriate response or none at all.. I had an MRI done and although I’ve read MyChart report I’m not a radiologist and unable to completely understand. Still no call back. Plus, whenever you call Froedtert you can never get through to anyone besides the 10 min wait on the phone. Awful service at best.
