I had to wait 50 minutes in the exam room. The care was fine, the wait was poor.
I have had positive experiences with this practice in the past, but my recent visit was disappointing. I felt rushed during the appointment and left with unanswered questions. There was also confusion regarding my requested STI screening, which required follow-up calls to correct. Thankfully, the office staff was helpful in resolving the issue. While the practice itself has been good overall, this particular visit did not meet my expectations.
