We could not more highly recommend Beth Lube! She is, hands down, the finest agent we have ever worked with and we’ve bought and sold homes in five states over the years. We were in another part of the country at the time we bought the house and she expertly guided us through every step of the process, and on numerous occasions went above and beyond the call of duty to handle things for us which we’d have taken care of ourselves, had we been there. A Five Star rating really isn’t enough! She definitely deserves at least TEN!

Beth spent time with me hearing my wants in selling my house. She gave me good advice to help make my house sellable as far as decluttering and styling. She hired a professional photographer to photo the inside and out for the listing. She was available for questions. She led me through the process with detailed knowledge so I fully trusted her.

We used Beth to sell our house when we were getting relocated. She knows Papillion, NE and Shadow Lake community very well being a resident herself. She hired a professional photographer and a drone photographer to get the best pictures. She was willing to go above and beyond to help out in showings. She did a competitive market analysis and we ended up selling the same weekend it went on the market with multiple offers. Great experience and highly recommended.

Beth Lube did an excellent job selling my house. In the end it became quite complex and certainly if we would have had an inexperienced agent, it would have fallen through, which in turn would have cost me and the buyers a lot of money and frustration. It doesn’t matter what the market is like, Beth has been around the business long enough to have seen all types of markets. She is absolutely the best money can buy and I highly recommend her.
