The ophthalmologist looked very nice, but when she started examining me, I felt very humiliated, she behaved rudely, dilated my pupils with drops and did it very rudely, she didn't even renew the prescription. When I asked if there was anything I could do to help with myopia, she said that I was already at the age where I could wear glasses. I am very disappointed because the insurance paid for the appointment and I paid a large amount for the appointment, but the doctor didn't help me and behaved contemptuously.

3 stars as a whole department. The phone line is horrific. along with waiting to check-in or check out. Providers are great and efficient.

Dr Abbasi is truly exceptional! He took the time to thoroughly understand my concerns. I would highly recommend him to anyone seeking a compassionate and skilled doctor. Jacquline you were kind and reassuring. Thank you for moving my appointment up. The front office administration is friendly and helpful, making the entire visit comfortable......

Luckily my dad drove me, so it didn't matter that my eyes were so dilated I couldn't even see the paper that mentioned my next scheduled appointment. Now I need to change this appointment and they have the exact hours as my job. This is why so many other medical faci... read more
