I was very upset as i made an appointment for health check few months ago. One week before the appointment (end march) i got a call saying that it has to be rescheduled till August ! And the receptionist attitude is rude too. Very bad experience
Extremely poor service. Spent nearly 2 weeks trying to get them to contact my insurance so I could get necessary medical equipment, which they [this office] openly lied to me about sending. You know it's bad when the famously evil United Healthcare insurance company is providing better customer care. After nearly two weeks of nonstop calling and being told it would be taken care of, I finally came into the physical building to find out the process hadn't even been started.
