Doctors and NPs here are wonderful. The front desk staff is another story. Unprofessional and dismissive.
The way the treat people down to how they will just cancel your appointment and blame a temp that no one knows 🤦♀️
I have had Dr. Chaya Ray since 2016. Best doctor ever! I moved but will keep her as my PCP because having her as my primary doctor gave me another chance at life. The front desk team became family too. Forever grateful .
The front desk girl needs to get off her high horse. She is going to cause the practice lots of money by asking for patients info that she does not need to know(relax you are just front desk receptionist) She doesn’t even ask in a soft voice. Even when you check out she asks what the follow up is for. Becareful with your personal info, address etc. She will ask for it loudly for all to hear. Hippa violations are in the future here.
