Absolutely amazing team and staff. From the front desk staff, nurses, and the providers.. absolutely fantastic! It was so nice to have someone who actually listens to me and understands. Andrea listens to me and helps me get down to the bottom of all these problems ive been having. Going to other providers who just turned me away and told me the problems i was having was in head bc im young was so upsetting. Tell me how I was here for 20 minuets for an annual physical, just a regular physical, nothing special, no tests were performed, only saw the actual doctor for 5 minuets out of those 20, and somehow I get a bill for over $900!!!!! It cost less to go to urgent care when I had pneumonia and had to have a chest xray and a breathing treatment. Absolutely ridiculous and will never be coming back here ever again
The issue is not with the practice, but with the building. How is a doctor's Office not ADA compliant? There is no automated door to get in. I had to navigate my mom in a wheel chair which was a challenge. The team at the practice helped me on my way out. The building landlord needs to address this!!
