I am a former hospital administrator so I am probably more picky than most people. I am also a huge chicken when it comes to receiving medical care. This practice is FLAWLESS. Recently I had the pleasure of being assisted by Ms. Amber Taylor, Prior Authorization Coordinator at Beth Israel Lahey Health Primary Care in Middleboro, MA. I had run out of a prescription I desperately needed to keep a medical condition in check, and my insurance changed policies and now required a prior authorization. I had blood work done in April 2025. Maranda Jones is the lab tech I had. She is one of the best phlebotomists I have ever encountered. I get very anxious with blood work and Maranda not only provided me with reassurance with everything but I did not feel a thing!! I have talked to many people who have had blood work here and they all agree and they make it a point to get their bloodwork done when she is working. Thank you Maranda for being an asset in healthcare!!!
