Dr Velasco is absolutely amazing and listens to all of my concerns, but the receptionist was immediately rude and dismissive to my concerns/ questions and ruins the experience of being a patient of his. Terrible attitude for health care seems like I am bothering her by calling and after reading other reviews it seems I am not the only one with this experience. Other staff is very pleasant thankfully!
Their billing department is non existent when trying to contact. They never answer. Zero.. fix this
Dr binu oien is my doctor. Any concern I have physically she refers out and says "I don't know". Only good for prescribing my beta blockers. Had a telehealth visit last week. I was literally in tears describing my PTSD symptoms. She looked entirely uninterested. Once again referred me out. Absolutely useless to talk to and completely apathetic. I will be switching doctors once I switch my insurance.
Despite the medical staff’s competence, my experiences with this practice have been overwhelmingly negative due to severe operational mismanagement. Wait times routinely exceed 90 minutes, severe delayed responses for months, phone waiting for 20 minutes for a representative, a serious lack of efficiency. The front office staff and management are notably unprofessional and dismissive.
