Dr. Zhu is not only very knowledgeable but also an amazing listener. She really takes the time to understand what you’re saying and gets to the heart of the issue, which makes a huge difference in care. Her kindness and ability to connect are just as important as her medical expertise. I feel truly supported as her patient.
The girls from receptions except Guilda are extremely rude especially the Indian woman. I called multiple times having questions and ask for my mom prescription refill order. She says she would do it or do a request for an order and she ends up not doing it I called again and she doesn’t know. What kind of receptionist they hire? These guys are an abomination. Total and utter confusion. It takes them a week to get one paper signed by a doctor who couldn’t care less. After Yoder left they are obviously understaffed. Rude, aggressive receptionist who yells and slams the phone down. Shambolic!
Unfortunately, I had to amend my prior review score, which was a five. My husband and I have been struggling to get a high priority prescription filled for over a week and have not received communication as to the issue. I have seen Sharone Moverman on occasion and would highly recommend her.. She truly cares for her patients and is also very thorough with her assessments.
