I’m extremely disappointed with this office (urology at Anna Jacques). My appointment was cancelled the day before due to “snow,” even though the snow didn’t start until almost two hours after the time my appointment would have taken place. For a place that’s supposed to serve patients, this was completely unacceptable. I had already been waiting two months for this appointment. Wonderful caring people from front office to all medical staff. The attention to my mother's health conditions is exemplary!
Not impressed. The provider did not properly address my immediate and serious health concerns. Instead he pushed the money making things, such as pap smears and mammograms, completely disregarding the more serious and immediate health issues that I have. He did not listen to me at all, and was untruthful regarding his claim that he had reached out several times to my spine surgeon, as he never did. He talked over me, and quite frankly, you couldn't pay me to go back. It was a waste of time, as waste of energy, and, as someon... read more
