I’ve been a patient here for a couple of years with Dr.Amy Chung, she was very pleasant as well as all the other staff. That was in 2023. I came here for an appointment with general surgery last week and it was alright, process went quick and staff were all so nice. Ive been here once for an urgent care visit again with no complaints, as well as family members and they all have been treated well
I am confused by the office hours that are listed. I call in the morning all the time and no one picks up. Are the hours listed on the website out of date
Pay attention to the other reviews regarding the general practice. Visiting this place felt like being in the Twilight Zone. It actually didn’t hit me until later how messed up some of the visit was. The young woman who drew my blood was incredibly unpleasant. And I received dangerous and unethical medical advice. I will say the woman who greeted me at the front (General Practice side, mind you) was very pleasant, as was the woman who saw me at check out. (I am posting this under a pseudonym for confidentiality.)
