Primary Care: Not a good experience. I have been here for just over a year and I will not stay here - in search of a new PCP. Been going for an ongoing issue. They try but I feel like you have to come very prepared with your own research to give them specific “instructions” of “can we test for this/that”. “That’s a good idea”/ “I haven’t heard of that”. Good service, excellent doctor.
Many reviews are for Urgent Care which is not under this name. Please go search for Beth Israel Urgent Care as they are in the same building. The primary care doctor does not have a great availability but the nurse practitioner is available to make up for it. I’ve had my health issues addressed and all referrals have been processed quickly. They have a Xray onsite which is helpful for any structural problems.
The worst experience of my life, I was waiting two hours for them to just take a urine test and say that to find the cause of the pain I should go to another hospital, that I should look for one that was close to me and they didn't know which one, that I decided although I don't go to any other hospital, this was my last time coming here, I had already decided to leave Dr. Cabral (and find a new primary doctor) who is always in a bad mood and it seems like she is going to work for the salary not because she cares about her p... read more
I’ve been a patient here for a couple of years with Dr.Amy Chung, she was very pleasant as well as all the other staff. That was in 2023. I came here for an appointment with general surgery last week and it was alright, process went quick and staff were all so nice. Ive been here once for an urgent care visit again with no complaints, as well as family members and they all have been treated well
