My most recent visit was excellent!! I have a severely sprained (possible broken) hand requiring X-rays plus further treatment at an MRI facility. Yesterday’s Leahy Clinic visit was EXCELLENT. Both the receptionist as well as medical staff (NURSE, DOCTOR & RADIOLOGIST) were ALL EXCELLENT- beyond , really !!! 👍👍👍👍
Do not bother making an appointment. You will just be placed in a waiting queue behind everyone else who arrived before you. The appointment times online mean nothing but to get you in the door.
The numerous times myself and my fiance have had to come here, whether for Covid testing or other urgent care needs have been awful, to say the least. The front of house staff are great. Those checking you in are kind, patient, and show sympathy. Having gone in for specialty and PCP appointments, all the staff, nurses, and doctors have all been pretty great.
